Returns

To initiate a return, read our policy below and for the quickest response simplymessage us on Facebook or Instagram account. You’ll receive a reply with further steps.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We accept refunds on all our pieces within14-daysfrom the date you received your order. We only ask that the following requirements be met:

1. Item must be inoriginal conditionwith returns tag.
2. Items must not be worn, altered, or have stains from deodorant, make-up, sweat, or any other substance on them.
3. Return in exchange for store credit, that can be used to repurchase a new size or style.
4. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

We cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.

In the rare case that one of our items shows an imperfection upon receiving it, please let us know within 48 hours by sending us a photo of the imperfection by emailaglapine@gmail.com.

REFUNDS:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
